but when doing a staged fight on cosplay events, they use a long rope or string with a block of wood (for the opponnent to catch)...

Thanks for the comment on my scorpion pic!
So, i did it simple cause im new at cosplaying, even if i tried i wouldnt be able to "spice it up", and even though it's simple, it took me a week to finish.
But my advice is: if you CAN, you should do it as improved as possible. But it's HARD!
And simple is always beautiful!
